The Coming Together
This week I've finished tracking all of the electric guitar parts save for one as well as the only two percussion parts on the record. Finding the right time to record the piano parts remains elusive as staying up until two in the morning and then working a coffee shop job four hours later doesn't exactly go hand in hand. Never the less, things seem to be coming together nicely, and I'm beginning to get excited about the finished product. Along with that I'm antsy as hell to hear the finished product without having to move a bunch of knobs and faders. However, this also means that in my near future I'll be sitting at my desk for hours and hours on end deciding how I feel about this part and that part and this level and that level. Such is life.
